These are ideal combinations of skin-friendly emulsifiers and active cleansing agents. The balanced composition of plant-based and active ingredients ensures a gentle yet intensive facial cleanse. This allows impurities to quickly disappear from your skin. Moisture supply improves its structure.

General information about facial cleansing

Daily facial care starts with thorough cleansing. Throughout the day, dirt accumulates on your facial skin. It comes from the air or from your fingers when you touch your face. For this reason, careful and gentle evening cleansing is important. In general, our skincare products can work optimally on cleansed skin. For example, a high-quality facial cleanser, such as a cleansing milk, opens the pores and provides the ideal base for a perfect complexion. The cleansing milks in our range contain no mineral oil components or unwanted emulsifiers.

Be cautious with facial cleansing wipes. They are usually soaked with an emulsion that removes dirt and cares for the skin. The water inside absorbs water-soluble dirt, while fats and emulsifiers trap the dirt in the wipe. However, it is concerning that germs can accumulate on the wipes when the packaging is opened and closed. This can become a problem for the skin and lead to impurities or irritation.

Professional facial cleansing in two steps

A professional and optimal facial cleansing consists of cleansing and toning. During evening makeup removal, the skin is also cleansed. Proceed as follows: apply one of our cleansing products in circular motions and rinse with lukewarm water. Water that is too hot can dry out the skin. Gently pat the skin dry. With a suitable facial toner, you stimulate circulation and skin firmness. It is best to use a cotton pad.

Your skin is now optimally prepared for the application of our skincare products. Do not cleanse your face too often. One to two times per day is sufficient, as otherwise you may damage the skin’s natural protective barrier. The skin then becomes more prone to impurities and acne. A peel is not part of daily facial cleansing or basic skincare. Although it removes dead skin cells and stimulates new cell production, it should only be used once a week.
