To optimize the benefits, it is important to use the THALGO anti-cellulite suction cup with a sufficient amount of product so that it glides smoothly over the skin. This also makes the movements easier to perform.
Place the suction cup on the skin by gently squeezing it. Only if you feel no discomfort, you may increase the pressure slightly by squeezing it more when repositioning.
Start with smoothing strokes over the entire leg, always from bottom to top, to help drain excess fluid toward the lymph nodes.
Then perform movements in a # pattern (in both directions) and small circular motions on more “stubborn” areas.
Finish with another series of smoothing, draining movements over the entire leg.
